Show Notes

Sustainability Success is a series which brings you stories of how organizations are using standards on their journeys to meet their sustainability goals.

This episode of the series features Circular Computing and the issue of waste management. Matthew speaks to Circular Computing’s Director of Sustainability Steve Haskew – or ‘Circular Steve’ as he’s more commonly known.

He asks him about what sustainability means to Circular Computing and their overall approach to using standards. And in particular the use of the BSI Kitemark for remanufactured and reconditioned products. Circular Computing is the world’s first BSI Kitemark™ certified company for laptop remanufacturing.

Steve is also a standards-maker - working on standards for the reduction of environmental impacts in product design and development - and so Matthew also asks him about his standards journey.
